Warranty Policy

Every watch purchased from Elite Wrist includes a 1-Year Domestic Warranty at no additional cost.

Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects related to:

  • Watch movement
  • Internal mechanical or electronic components
  • Manufacturing defects under normal use

Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Broken or cracked glass
  • Water damage caused by improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches on the case, bezel, strap, or bracelet
  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
  • Battery replacement unless covered as a manufacturing defect

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at support@elitewrist.online
  2. Share your order number and describe the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos or videos if requested.
  4. Our support team will guide you through the inspection and service process.

After inspection, the product will be repaired or replaced if the issue is covered under warranty.

Proof of purchase is mandatory for all warranty claims.
