7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy on eligible products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be returned with the product.
- The product must be free from scratches, dents, or any signs of wear or misuse.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
- Watches with missing or damaged original packaging or accessories.
- Products that have been altered, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized persons.
- Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or misuse.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@elitewrist.online. To help us process your request quickly, please include clear photographs and an unboxing video (if available).
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, as applicable.
Return Process
- Email us at support@elitewrist.online within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Pack the product securely and ship it as instructed.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5ā7 business days.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the required verification.
Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Elite Wrist will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy after delivery.
